Pros

Consistent work, chances to get "upskilled".

Cons

Low wage compared to other competitors and companies. Company restructuring, lots of redundancies coming. Front line staff getting low wages and expect to do more and take on more responsibilities for no more extra pay.

Pros

EDF has a great work-life balance. My manager allowed me to be flexible and gave me a lot of independence. They embrace the flexible working attitude, and encourage you to get home at a decent hour.

Cons

The salaries are not as competitive as similarly sized companies, and the company itself spends a lot of time playing catch-up with smaller, more agile companies.
