Pros

The work is easy, the pizzas are fun to make, and you occasionally get to eat free pizza. Management is okay, but there is a strict grip on moving upward on the ladder. Insiders usually don't end up as managers, unless its through a connection.

Cons

Late night work, not a very good chance of moving up/ getting a promotion. Delivery drivers get paid very low, and insiders get paid minimum wage.

Pizzas are fun to make, you get to eat any of the scrap or unclaimed pizza, the work is easy.

Cons

Pay is minimum wage, phone orders aren't fun, most of your hours will be at night serving other people having a good time.

Pros

Good money and the job wasn't too hard at all. Once you understand the the delivery area and the street names (takes a few months) things start to click and it just comes as second nature.

Cons

A lot of wear and tear on the you car as well as some late nights if you work those shifts.
