      Pros

      25 days off is great as well as the other benefits like medical, dental, etc. The campus is nice as well.

      Cons

      Senior management run their areas like dictators. This behavior has resulted in an extremely inefficient silod environment. Pay is fairly below market. If you happen to be part of the tuition reimbursement program, you are basically treated like an indentured servant due to the payback rules.
