Designit, the global collective is very competent, friendly and professional. Wipro has been phenomenally professional and has really taken care of me as an employee. 10/10.

Cons

With the exception of our head of studio, leadership at Designit India at the directorial level is alarmingly unprofessional and incompetent. Workplace bullying is normalized and encouraged. I have suffered a lot with improper guidance on projects.
