      Deloitte Audit - Great Firm to Begin Career

      Pros

      As far as Audit, Deloitte is the best firm and you work with top talent. There is an entrepreneurial spirit; you can see results by working on your personal brand management, which will lead to praise in the future for your contrbutions.

      Cons

      Scheduling and client placement can be frustrating; As work is all on specifiic clients, it can be difficult to get to know your co-workers on a personal level. Work performance and assessment is based on perception - this could be positive if you learn how to develop and portray your perception.

      Pros

      Corporate culture at Deloitte is fantastic, it is an extremely friendly place to work at. Management can get tough, but so they always stay respectful and they do show the appreciation for the hard work. Although hours are long, the management is usually flexible with work from home arrangements as long is the job is done. Also, Deloitte presents a great opportunity to learn as everyone is very open about passing the knowledge.

      Cons

      Comparing to investment banks, you compensation is lower, and you it grows at a much slower pace. Again, hours are usually long and there's work on weekends, but it still can not compare to an investment bank.
