Pros
Lots of time off, although it's hard to take it. Opportunities to work globally. Working with top companies. Working on a lot of different important initiatives.
Cons
They talk a lot about work-life balance, but 60 hours a week is a minimum. They talk about advancing women but most senior leaders are men and it seems like most of the women who have been promoted had a relationship with a senior partner. There are no mandated 360 evaluations for managers so they are not evaluated on how well they manage, but how well they kiss up to their managers. It's a partnership, so partners are treating like gods, and everyone else is supposed to just support them without challenging them.
