      Deloitte hires qualified, intelligent staff who do great work and are generally very team oriented. Management is open and conversational, and willing to help - if you can get on their calendars.

      Cons

      Deloitte is a HUGE firm with a bureaucratic corporate structure that can be difficult to navigate. It can be difficult to put yourself in the right position for advancement - it's all about networking.
