      Pros

      Great Team. Good growing opportunities specialy for entry level sales and call center positions. Great place to learn and work.

      Cons

      Far from the city. Not much networking going around. Dell tends to hire people that are very well prepared and experienced but then puts them into positions with no enough challenge in regards to their experience. Internal IT basically only offers supports for applications, very little drive in improving aging systems
