Cons
-Horrible management upper management who will try to bully you into quitting. -Dismissive and authoritarian management styles who will purposely hinder your growth to get you to quit or before they eventually find an excuse to fire you. -Toxic work environments. People are miserable and constantly complaining behind closed doors but you have to keep a happy smiling face for upper management. Constant complaints of stress and unhappiness from colleagues. -Very inhumane and cold environment. Longer tenured employees warn of voicing concerns to management to avoid retaliation. Heed their warnings and don't test anyone because you will end up fired. -Layoffs at the blink of an eye when there's any disruption to the M&A industry.
