      Bad leadership Leads are sometimes lazy Place needs new tools, old structures but they work. Only good for contractors that are just there for bread

      Learn how to do the basics. The handful of good mechanics that are actually there.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, poor HR department, takes money away from you without saying. Makes decisions without thinking. If your a good mechanic and your actually trying to do the right thing you will be punished for it. The only care about quantity instead of quality. If you’re a toxic person and do illegal work to make your production line look good this is the place for you. !
