      Pros

      Good insurance and benefits, 401k with a small match, and one of the better starting wages in the local area. Works 4 10’s mon-thurs.

      Cons

      Stressful environment where it is never certain who takes responsibility for things, poor management with a penchant for putting pretty “fixes” that are completely superficial while deeper problems go ignored. Poor employees are kept and those that stand up for hard work are removed or demoted.
