Hostile work environment, no chance of movement, promotion or raise. Aggressive, incompetent management.
Pros
The work itself is interesting and engaging, the plane is an excellent product.
Cons
Managers are aggressive, use retaliation tactics, and promote their buddies despite lack of experience or seniority. Most of the decent employees burn out here. Due to constant mismanagement, timelines are often skewed and there will be weeks of barely any work and then weeks of constant mandatory overtime. Time projections are always unrealistic because they are always in a state of hiring (due to burning out employees), so they forget to factor in that most people working there are new and/or in training. Very unrealistic expectations and the managers grossly mismanage personnel, staff and training. Pay is terrible, not even close to industry standard. They make promises of raises and never deliver. There is constant in-fighting between managers, lack of communication, and is an all together stressful, hostile environment that is not even paid appropriately in the first place.
