Pros
- Proactive and supportive supervisors who make an effort to help the other employees succeed in their positions.
- Daily team meetings that are an opportunity to chat, review objectives, bring up concerns, learn new things, discuss new procedures.
- DLL is incredibly transparent in making sure that all employees are well informed of company-wide initiatives and growth. Employees at all levels and in all positions are given equal access to information about the company's activities.
- Hours are fairly flexible, and DLL was one of the first companies in Des Moines to act in favor of public safety by moving to an all-remote model. Employees were provided with complete computer systems that are capable of allowing them to do all of their work from home.
-Everyone that works for DLL has worked there for a very long time. Turnover is low, and I believe that is because DLL has been doing things the right way for a very long time.
Cons
- None. I didn't know that large corporate companies were capable of being so employee-friendly. DLL truly care about its employees and I cannot say enough good things about them.
