Indeed, “Workforce of the Future” – making sure our members are happy (both physically and mentally well) with a focus on diversity and inclusion – is one of our four strategic pillars. We will continue to ensure member training, engagement and wellbeing are top of mind and remain centerpieces of DLL’s highly collaborative culture.
