      Great if not in IT department

      Pros

      On the leading edge of technology for the most part. A lot of very intelligent people. Work/life balance is good. Seems to be a good company to work for if not in IT

      Cons

      IT Leadership is poor. Its not about how much you accomplished, they focus on what you didn't accomplish. If you are not part of the Dutch team you are looked at as inferior. The egos in Eindhoven are enormous! Peers will "beat you up" constantly while their own areas are in disarray. Getting thrown under the bus by your colleagues is a daily occurrence and almost encouraged by upper management.

      Colleagues are all in same boat

      Cons

      big brother at DLL is stifling….managers listen in on your phone conversations, monitor every minute of your computer activity and managers gossip about each other….. very toxic. If you want dignity with your next job do not apply here!
