      Pros

      A lot od social events, nice working climate, no "elbow-mentality". A lot of participation of the members. Asks a lot of its members, but gives also a lot. Fair conditions, nice salary.

      Cons

      Has grown fast over the last years, therefore the infrastructure regarding IT, organisational structure, policies and guidelines is not as regulated as one would expect in a company of this size. But this can also be seen as advantage... ;-)

      Pros

      Generous vacation policy. On-site gym and cafeteria. European work culture (people are generally nicer and more family oriented).

      Cons

      Promotions or increased job opportunities are typically given based on friendship rather than merit. Company appears to want to be on the right track, but typically lacks in execution of large initiatives. Company core strategy is hard to interpret based on constantly changing initiatives and themes.

      Great place to work. Good Cafe and Gym. Nice work culture.

      Cons

      Top management has undertaken a complete re-organization. This is currently re defining the levels and roles of the employees. It may turn out well and help the company in the long run but time will tell.
