Pros

7.5 hour work day, pretty much all holidays off, PTO, health, vision and dental along with 401k matching. For an entry level position that's as good as it gets. The work is challenging but not overbearing, managers are vested in you moving up in the company and this is formally registered with HR. Regular parties and celebrations, giving away of PTO days, lunch meal tickets and recognitions fueled by employees. On site gym and cafeteria. Company is growing and has a great outlook on sustainability. It's a pretty good starting salary too.

Cons

The best way to be recognized is to build relationships, this can be good or bad depending on who you are, it is also based on your work which isn't bad. Trying to change or adopting change can be slow, but it's a pretty big company.
