HR isn't there to protect regular employees, they will always protect the managers even when there wrong

Great place to learn and be recognized IF your manager lets you branch out

Cons

HR is complicit with managers and their wrong doings. Work like balance is not existent for some managers, the policy is intentionally vague and the manager/team leam dictates your personal life.

- Good work-life balance - Great benefits (6% 401k match) - Most team members I've encountered seem happy and care for one another. - The interview process was smooth and the recruiters were very transparent and kept me up-to-date.

Cons

- Large company with a lot of inter-dependent teams so you can get stuck waiting for data or features from another team. - Pay is good but not great.
