      Pros

      Not too much in terms of work load, although there are variations.

      Cons

      HQ has very little grasp on how the firm is managed locally. Thus, each local unit has its own culture. And thus, it is difficult to understand DLL's true culture, if any. Also, its a boring place to work, with very little innovation (if any), and almost no recognition anywhere.

      Excellent PTO policy, health benefits, 401k, etc. Good work-life balance. Casual dress.

      Cons

      Very political. Only get noticed based on who you know. Very gossipy and dysfunctional culture.
