      - You need to be lucky to have a good manager, if not you will lag behind; - Very risk averse people - L&C does not behave as a business partner but as a bottleneck; - Top positions are like a carrousel - only the acquainted and friends go up; - Dont expect to challenge others - people are happy where they are;

      Workload is manageable, benefits, PTO (not micromanaged by all managers use it as it belongs to you) Holidays Thanksgiving and Black Friday off.
