No cons that I experienced

Inept managers, rampant favoritism, inconsistent goals, changes from quarter to quarter Hypocrisy and false propaganda at all levels - "we are one big family," yet they cannot pay above inflation in annual raises and make commission goals nearly impossible to achieve, progressively, year by year. You will ultimately work twice as hard for the same money. An entrenched group of managers who have been there for years will not allow ambitious workers to advance. Stagnant and regressive work culture, performance not recognized, many glass ceilings preventing advancement. You will work very hard and go far beyond your normal responsibilities without any commensurate increase in pay or respect. Attempts to regulate, control, measure, and compensate on human behaviors when no one in the company is qualified to psychoanalyze an employee.
