Open communication with your manager, inclusive environment, schedule flexibility, great work ethics, service oriented company and supportive of employees skills development

Cons

Despite all of the goodness of the company and the direction where it wants to go, there is a tendency on the company of bringing talent from outside (paying for it, of course more) than identifying for coaching or developing its own committed, talented and loyal employees to take the next step.
