      Management allows the regional sales group to structure their own sales and marketing to allow specific presentation to our vendor partners. This allow the end experience to be more tailored.

      Pros

      Great to have a gym onsite. Wonderful lunch room. The people who actually do the day-to-day work truly care about the company.

      Cons

      Everyone is out for themselves. Managers micromanage. Too many meetings and no real progress. Meetings are held to talk about previous meetings. Nothing gets done. Non existent budgets. Very top heavy. Too many leaders and not enough indians. People are afraid to speak up due to fear of being fired. No growth opportunities unless you are one of the chosen few.
