      Pros

      I am fairly new to DLL, but I couldn't be happier working anywhere else. The atmosphere is incredibly collegial and the company is always thinking about the well-being of its employees. They have a beautiful gym (with 6 exercise classes a day), an excellent cafeteria (with sharply discounted prices for healthy items) and terrific benefits (including numerous floating holidays and time off for community service). The organization is fairly flat and our US CEO knows just about everyone in the building.

      Cons

      The King of Prussia area is very congested. Traffic can be a problem (but many areas allow for some start-time flexibility).

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for movement and advancement. Great training practices and employee initiatives. Good benefits and nice open concept facility.

      Cons

      Pay is below average for comparable positions within the industry. Lack of technology integration. It is easy for people to become complacent in their roles.

      Conscientious employer offers loads of training, a pleasant work environment and opportunity to work with a very, very young talent pool.

      Cons

      Knowledgable people are hard to find because DLL prefers to hire the cheapest people available - frequently right out of college.
