      Room to grow globally if you want to move Hardworking staff, loyal to company Freedom from over management

      Cons

      Very poor communication No strategy or vision for sales Everyone is overworked and long term employees are starting to leave Focused on profiting off of existing customers at the expense of obtaining new ones President has made it clear that he is retiring soon, general 'don't care' attitude coming from the top down

      you have lovely people there -for sure

      Cons

      there a lot of bullies as well, who acts like they can go power tripping. not having a chance to explain yourself. unclear and inconsistent with policies as if only one person knows. there are so much politics and there are people who cannot accept changes unless its their kind of change. its not the fairest place. - although i would say it is very specific to the department.
