The title says it all "by far best culture!". Great work-life/family balance. Great compensation in IT. Company offers two days off every year for community work. Gym on premise. Café offers a food court style selections. Freedom to work from home if Manager agrees to it. Sabbatical after 7 years.

Cons

Open floor plan can lead to unwanted noise or distractions.

Strong corporate culure that values customers and members by living corporate values of passion, collaboration, making a difference, and personal development every day. Great environment and benefits including an on premise gym and full service cafe. Great learning and development program. Overall, a great place to work!

Cons

The focus and strategy changes every year. It can be confusing for members to have a clear line of site on how daily activities and individual contributions impact overall corporate deliverables and goals.
