      Pros

      DLL feels like a family oriented company that looks out for you and your best interests. The salaries are competitive with amazing benefits. PTO allocation is extremely generous, in fact, most employees have more PTO days than they know what to do with. DLL offers a sabbatical after 7 years of employment. There are frequent departmental celebrations with food and drink along with fun and games. Management knows how to keep their department happy.

      Cons

      Company needs new talent, as some of the employees have worked here for a very long time. A fresh perspective never hurts.

      Often did not have any work, intern program is not super developed / structured (whatever work I did have was very hands on, interesting, and really helped me develop career wise)
