      Pros

      Collaborative work environment. Office is big, but feels you know everyone because of the fun activities and committees designed to offer a fun work environment. Wellness committee and volunteer committee is nice

      Cons

      Hard to advance since no one leaves till retirement age. A lot of employees are 15+ years on the job.

      Soft environment, continuous learning, schedules flexibility. Great facilities and rewards for the goals achievement.

      Middle management with a bit of past overview over 'how to do the tasks', leading sometimes to redundant work.
