Relatively easy job. Casual dress code. Very minimal nights and weekends (maybe one training day on a Saturday, or staying late to make up for hours)

Cons

Became stringent on cell phone use. Monotonous work was at times unbearable

work-life balance, pay, onsite gym, benefits

Cons

Middle level managers lack in IT skills and knowledge, they outsource everything. Restructure happens frequently and the middle level managers will go on a musical chair and nothing changes in the end. Lot of outsourcing of projects in spite of having full time employees . Overall company is not satisfied with the IT services. No promotion possible if you are not favored of the hiring manager.
