      A great culture of empowerment and caring. They care about the staff and the customer. Large global company with room to grow.

      Cons

      Growth creates challenges around infrastructure. IT systems require investment and upgrades. Global matrix can create complexity at times.

      - management genuinely cares about their employees - employees are collaborative, friendly, and take pride in their work; it's a very friendly, cooperative environment - company cares about sustainability and giving back to the community - company invests in learning and development - lots of committees to join and lots of fun activities offered to employees for free
