      Pros

      Very good benefits, lots of parking on site, close to the turnpike and highways. They also have great events to celebrate the employees.

      Cons

      There were long hours and no room for advancement unless someone left. It felt very stagnant. Management does not care about your concerns.

      You feel that the work that you are going to be doing is not only interesting but also fulfilling because you are helping the customers that you are in business with.

      Cons

      As of right now I do not have any negative remarks in regards to DLL because I did not start yet.

      Pros

      I worked at DLL in a number of jobs in a number of countries. The biggest pro was that it had offices in 35 countries, so there was the opportunity to work internationally. They also fostered a jovial work environment which made it a fun place to work. I love my colleagues in the US and Netherlands offices. Overall, it was mostly great. I preferred the culture in the US HQ in Wayne, PA over the Toronto office, which was very hierarchal.

      Cons

      Often paid less than bigger name competitors in the US.
