      huge let down, layoffs have gotten worse, career opportunities grim

      Pros

      Up until a couple years ago, this was a great place to work and is generally known to be decent but I think those days may be going away

      Cons

      Some great employees have been let down or let go for minimal technicalities outside their control; Mass layoffs and outsourcing are consistent which makes a notable number of departments a revolving door; Technology is nearly 15 years behind it seems; Not many opportunities for growth

      Pros

      Benefits are good but nothing spectacular. Overemphasis on culture and environment as technology continues to age by the decade.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for growth and development. A lot of internal stagnation. Technology outdated (some from 1990s) and management would rather have employees inefficiently work against it than invest in better tech. Compensation falls short as company meetings continuously boast about record profits. Bonuses for certain departments have risen heavily as others get leftovers leading to high turnover.
