When a manager quits it's more likely that a senior person from another group gets the role than a person in your group gets a promotion. The pay is much lower than competitors. A good workplace if you're not young and don't care about advancement in your career

Recent restructuring of company has lowered morale of company as a whole. Less emphasis on members and more on bottom line.
