      Good pension scheme and bonus scheme

      - Pre 2019 management was very open and transparent. Post 2019 a mushroom management was adopted. - No clear path for advancement; promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. - Low morale due to toxic culture. - Supportive junior colleagues all working hard to achieve Company goals but held back by management. - Sexual harassment complaints were not taken seriously by management. - They don’t value long service employees who are committed to the Company and work hard.
