      Flexible hrs, paid sick, 25 days of holiday

      Cons

      Minimum wage with no annual review, annual pay rise extremely poor and not noticeable, nothing on Christmas like a Christmas dinner, Christmas hamper .... absolutely NOTHING! More and more workload throughout the year, this is not a competitive employer anymore - do not offer anything more / better then thousands of other companies, not employer of the choice anymore
