Very good environment for long term personal development (3 - 5 years); Good for getting skills when working for middle size and large projects collaboration with different cultures company benefits (regular family days, team building activities, meal and sport vouchers, selfsickness days, etc)

Cons

poor internal career opportunities (difficult to find another position within the entire company) large distance between senior management and employees causing lack of communication

- Very good portfolio of services - Major divisions are very strategic - Very good brand name in many parts of the world - Career-wise, a lot of rooms to explore

Cons

- Most divisions are too big to be flexible - Organizational structure can be very complex, especially for cross-division work - Some overhead positions do not make sense (no value add)
