Pros
Strong culture has been established. Every teams are very dedicated to their roles and cross functional project goes very well under the corporate culture. Work life balance is very good, bosses and colleagues understand your personal situation and give some consideration to time managing as needed.
Cons
Things such as process or rules get changed too often. It was time wasting to catch up with all those unnecessary changes which does not leads to customers. Not a good a start for new graduates. As most of the jobs and positions are very focused on specific task, few change to try various experience unless the job is what you would like to specialize in for long term career.
