- Cult mentality - Management doesnt care - Racism towards POC colleagues - Abused toward colleagues in general - Prefer to fired the employee that complains instead of the supervisor that abused. - HR prefer have activities instead of actually help the resources (employees).

Pros

Employees are recognized for extra effort and high performance on a regular basis. Free lunch day every month or so. Coaching happens often. Fast career advancement to higher sales tiers. Wonderful and tight knit work culture. Supportive culture. Monthly bonuses. Additional bonus campaigns are clearly described and are achievable. Leads are often of good quality and professional. Multilingualism is a plus but isn’t compensated through base pay. However, this skill allows for higher lead inflow and which allows you to hit KPI’s and bonuses easier and faster. Possibly outdated information but after the initial training period and as long as you hit your KPIs you will be allowed to work from home 2 days every week (Thursdays and Fridays) - lee in mind this information was for the year 2024 and may have changed since the implementation of tariffs. (it likely has)
