      The company overall has a strong senior management that laid the foundation for the rapid growth for the past few years Good corporate culture progressive and strong on ethics stable performance

      Slow paced, tends to get boring after a while Small town, location undesirable, less opportunities to change job without moving Overly emphasis on Six Sigma

      Lots of opportunities worldwide with lots of growth flexibility. Reasonable salary competitiveness and okay benefits compared to rest of industry.

      Often can get caught up in big company politics and or red tape. Not always well communicated strategy from management or leadership.
