      Pros

      A nice sized company with a great focus on a great product that allows you to work in many different places where you have a real chance to rotate.

      Cons

      Cummins is a very practical company and while it permits a fair amount of job rotation, it's easy to get pigeon holed in your 'general' role.

      Pros

      A great place to work if you are passionate about the company. I would recommend if you like a family oriented company.

      Cons

      You have to live in Columbus, IN for many of the jobs which is a drag. Also there is a lot of lateral movement

      Pros

      Great place to work for interns. Play a large role in product development and testing. Good compensation with experience. Would work there again.

      Cons

      Interns often end up doing too much work. If you are not careful work life balance is skewed (towards work).
