Pros

-Most of the people are okay enough and don’t BS in the workplace -Equipment is decent quality

Cons

-If you aren’t management, expect to barely be able to survive financially. -“Training” is barely existent and onboarding is a joke -Management can never accomplish anything helpful since they’re so far up corporates behind -Get ready for a pizza party instead of a raise -You leave at 5:00 and not a minute before. They’ll make sure to remind you… -Pay is low and cheap. They only pay you what they absolutely have to -Your 12 PTO days are accrued, so expect to be unable to take PTO days comfortably or back to back until at least month 6 if you live paycheck to paycheck.

Pros

Pay is good and flexibility with schedule

Cons

Standing inside Home Depot's messy/dirty environment and rude customers; plus you'll feel more like a Home Depot employee half the time (helping Home Depot customers).
