Weekends off, holidays. Wear business casual.competitive pay, ability to ask off. pretty understanding management overall. small mom and pop business still despite corporate name

weak teamwork, stressful environment, not many people working in the office so workload was pretty heavy for hourly

NONE , had earned over 10 years of vacation time and it's been denied ,not sure why?

Cons

This Company comes in and buys out a small mom and pop franchise that was doing great...but leaves incompetent management in place for two years and wonders why it's losing accounts left and right. So upper management brings in people who have NO idea where they're at or who they're dealing with and make matters worse...
