      Pros

      Criteo's addressibility concept to future proof the business by is great. Private health cover is also great plus Global co-workers are nice to work with. Initial wfh policy was amazing but doesn't apply to all countries

      Cons

      Streamlining global business values to transcend to smaller countries is anything but a struggle which eventuates into unhealthy situations by poor management. Toxic environment and limitations in career path for mid-level individuals plus office politics that is very stressful. Talent in management is questionable.
