      A company that values work-life balance for its employees and provides ample opportunities for learning is a good company that I am generally satisfied with.

      Cons

      I feel like company is not investing properly and unable to grasp the right direction for the future.

      The company was constantly changing its strategy where it makes it challenging to focus on projects and see results. Salary packages are way under the local market.
