Pros

Criteo has a great company culture. People are kind and smart.

Cons

Criteo is a big company. It's not easy to kick off a project quickly if you don't well understand the technologies inside the company.

We're glad to hear you've enjoyed your experience with us so far. We believe our people are what makes our company culture uniquely great, so it is nice to see you appreciate it as well. We work in a fast-paced industry that has been evolving a lot over the past years, so it can take some time to get acquainted with the products and technologies we use. Fortunately, our policy here has always been to favor an individualized follow-up and let everyone evolve at the right pace for them. At Criteo, we're all about teamwork and a supportive spirit so never hold back if you have questions. Everyone will be more than happy to help for sure!

Pros

Good atmosphere with the teams Interesting and challenging projects Evolving technological environment R&D

Cons

Criteo is a very well known company with large perspectives and benefits.. i mean who will be not happy to work with such clever and freindly brains..but !!! But when managers don't share top down decisions, or don't share with their teams the definition of done / how-to / methodology used to evaluate performance even when the work is done ( happily at the end ) this is the first time that i see this kind of interaction, and i was surprised because it was not expected to be like that. I do hope things go better on this side for the best of the company and also for the best of the managers ( and for those who will be managers).

Thank you for taking the time to sit and share your experience. We favor transparency when it comes to communication and, that is why, at the beginning of each year, we set up global goals that are then cascaded to every team. We implement a follow-up with a global mid-term review to address the potential challenges and pain points. These objectives are presented by each leader through our All-Hands meetings. The combination of our open feedback culture and bottom-up approach, allows us to ensure every team and employee is up to date and on board, heading in the same direction.
