As Criteo is still growing super fast, there is a lot of room to grow, define your role and process, as well as make a huge impact with the work you do. Criteo also highly encourages people to take risks and come up with ideas for innovation. However, since it is still growing you need to make it your own. Do not expect anyone to hold your hand. It is definitely a start-up mindset where you need to be what you want to become, and sometimes wear many hats.
