      A great company with talents

      Pros

      Criteo is definitely a great place to work. You meet extremely talented people, you are challenged in your Day to Day job but you will be supported and listened to. It is a scale up so everything is fast, you will not be bored and you will gain massive experience. Compétitive salary, beautiful offices, benefits.

      Cons

      The fact that it goes fast can be sometimes overwhelming and difficult to follow. The company is French but all the business and strategic décisions are taken from the US which can be frustrating.

      Bad company for software engineers

      Pros

      The company used to have a big name and solid engineering, it is still kind of the case but it's disappearing. So much focus on diversity BS and much less on keeping the good engineers or PMs

      Cons

      - crap salaries - bad managers and so much "copinage", if you're not part of the clan you get no promotion, and no raise

      Pros

      Work life balance, kind and smart people to work with, positive work environment and culture, good internal opportunities, interesting topics and for who is willing to do so, a lot of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Streamlining our processes globally is not always the good answer to be efficient, sometimes we need technical knowledge and specific processes for each region/country to adapt better our practices to our local employees and for a better experience
