Pros

- Looks good on paper

Cons

- Push to return to office. - Compensation is nowhere competitive as what they say it is. Jr engineers at other companies make more than Sr engineers here. - No merit increases (aka raises for this year) - New CEO means new drastic changes, have yet to see any positive results

Solid Company

Pros

- Company has an established name in the space, prospects generally know who you are when reaching out - Product works

Cons

- Slow moving - decisions take a while to get rolled out. With a French headquarters and being a bigger company, it can take a while for things to change - Not alot of visibility into larger decisions being made and products being built
