      The only pro is Unlimited over time. This is also a con because they push you into mandatory over time

      The job in itself. The pay is not worth the stress you deal with or the job type. the equipment sucks even after the refresh. the environment, the desk feel a lot like a tan box.

      Worked remotely from home, which afforded me significant freedom

      Cons

      Technology is behind and cost is high, which leads to very little new business, while many clients leave. Regular reduction in forces, forced week off without pay. No bonus or raise.
