I absolutely LOVE working for Compass Group! My co-workers, manager, colleagues are all wonderful. By far the best company I have ever worked for. It is such a supportive and welcoming environment.

Cons

Even though I love my company and my job, the pay is very minimal. Projects can be very demanding (working extra long hours) and even though this comes with the role, the pay should still be better. We are also paid once a month, which adds anxiety. Not to mention, benefits aren't that great. Outside of this, I am very happy here.

You get to meet a lot of new people, and where they are dinning services for college they will work with my student schedule.

Cons

Management sucks and tries to blame the employees for their down fall.
